Basically jr technology is job secured place you can work for years but the growth rate for basic salary when you join as trainee is very low as compared to other companys, you have to deal with many years of juss working stuff in this company overall the company has good behaviour for clients and certain departments others are jus treated as invisible department or persons

There is a lot of politics and the management doesnt address our issues salarys is not good & carree growth is slow

...ey send latest pay slip. Rest of pay slip not receive. Talking Rudy to employee. If we work continue double shift does not any service like food ,travelling and salary not added in salary ,only time adjusted.etc.

I like about the work process, Team Lead Supportive Nature, Environment, work process, learned a lot of things from this organization, Management on always supportive & many things which are given by team.
