No work life balance. Worst than a lala culture company U can’t go anywhere from office No authority to work independently or take decisions Strict timings even if u go on time lala will call u in there room No work desk hygiene and no professionalism Their thought they owned u bcoz they r giving salary and everytime if there is any meeting u will be told to debit ur salary if any losses happened No review meetings only happened when they were ant u to screw No job security U r under cctv cervilience and can be called any time if caught sitting somewhere else than ur desk Salary is not on time they delay everytime So saturday off and if u r 5 mnts late they deduct salary Worst ever company worked in

Nothing, only increment in work not in salary, for salary increment you have to beg many times

Everything Don't allow to talk with girls if do your sitting will be changed or you will be fired HR policy different for boys and girls

Only getting salary on time, no growth, no skills development, very less hike not even 10%, only lala type working

Worst, lala company, favouritism, top management don't have manners how to talk with employees

Full of uneducated people...manual based working culture...every body is boss and everybody know everything..there is certain group who are working as a team is completely harmful for the company...

company environment is unprofessional and demoralizing and its clear that the management operates more like lala company . Company enforces a strict deviation between some employee in special staff and rest normal category for the special staff no time bound any time in and out , only for special staff allow sat week off , while rest employee are constantly monitored ,with salary deduction for even one -minute delay. discriminatory treatment show that not all employee are valued equally . Job security is virtually nonexistent. Employee can be terminated without any resign and notice on the support fire . without any regard for the qualification of employee they just assign donkey work ,without considering the actual skills of employee . Work culture is so poor that one employee is not even allowed to speak to another . Work itself is disorganized and offer meaningless, with task randomly assigned without considering employee roll or skill , the company even failed in basic professional standard ,such as desk hygienne and timely salary payment are neglected . constant cctv surveillance e makes employees feel micromanaged , Rigid schedules . evey employee handicap only have position , power having only specials staff . over roll HR Policy and cutler micro .
