Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Because of poor selection process the HR selects senior General managers like Rajendra P Singh -he had gone to jail for one year and has a criminal track record ,how come HR team and department did not know about this and selected such a senior ,Rajendra P Singh with criminal track record can be dangerous at work place .That why I got scared of him and left he would try to beat and threaten me to work overtime to make theJP sports racing a success .Please beware of him he is above 60 and moves with a person called Shailendra Singh to pressurise juniors at work .
