At this moment nation is suffering from covid-19 and we middle class people are suffering the most( financially) at this time company with such a great reputation JP Iscon Pvt Ltd has left me in between of this crisis where there is no light just darkness with no notice period nothing job security over here its not there.

There is a lot of politics General Manager level.TheManagement doesnt address our issues..There is 2 year bond . i working 4.5 year.I am resign job last 9 month

I had worked with Iscon Prozone mall for one year & I had a nice team & good for learning which help a lot to improve my confidence & managerial skill.

Dislikes

I learnt too much but there is no more scope for development & Growth.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
