No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

Nothing much, just client movement is bit good .

Dislikes

...f employee as much they put efforts. Extensive time shift with Saturday working. Salary will come on 7th of month and that also delay. Main thing, no respect and they will not leave you on a happy note as well. Not a good one

No work life balance, no recognition. Business Problems aren't allowed to discuss, only execution. And once executed without success, the person is blamed badly. Even if someone tries to do discuss the business problem, it's assumed you lack experience on which you were hired. But this is not a problem with every BU's, other department bu's retain their employees pretty well. The problem is with only one BU

Bads: 1.Salary credited every month 7th 2.poor response from HRs side 3.There is no identification like No official company mail id and ID card 4.when ever you tagged to project they will consider only those days for salary calculations

- For honesy review connect with recruiters working in J2W through linkedin. Do not listen to Managers, ceo or leads. -There are only 3 managers that are good out of 20-30 mangers. If you report to them then good, else I pray for you to get out safely. - I must admit work ethics are on 100% mark.

- Horrible Culture. - Leads there will shout recruiters salary openly on floor and ask to work. If that girls manager (DGM) reports to CEO to fight for victim, CEO will sack that person (DGM) and ask to leave. Because the lead is generating business. - If your a recruiter, god bless, sometimes even CEO will come and ask you how many Submissions - Industry wise 2/5 rating for Salary. 1/5 for incentives. It's competetors give high salaries and handsome incentives even though they are not even 50% revenue of J2W. - They will hire you and fire you anytime. - And yes please connect with people in linkedin who are currently working in J2W. They will tell you entire truth of 830am to 830pm Policy
