- Pathetic culture. Absolutely no empathy towards employees. - An instance happened, where a lead misbehaved with a recruiter and announced her salary in front of everyone and yelled to work. When the recruiters manager stood for her reported, The CEO supported the business head and the lead and asked the manager to quit. Brave woman, left the company supporting her team members. - Little below Industry standard salaries and no incentives. - They hire you and fire you quick once you've given enough business.

They ll pay you until youre beneficial to them, when done with client then you'll not get your salary. Salary on 7th of each month JoulesToWatts are not abide to the rules mentioned in your Offer letter and its one sided. They ll not pay you 1 month salary by saying work policy Worst HR system, they ll not receive calls/respond to mails Zero co-operation from Hiring team No Employee friendly

1. Bad management 2. If client release then they won't coordinates with you 3. No salary after release till you request deep level 4. Don't waste your time to work for this company instead go and build your career by learning some more skill set.

...f employee as much they put efforts. Extensive time shift with Saturday working. Salary will come on 7th of month and that also delay. Main thing, no respect and they will not leave you on a happy note as well. Not a good one

Hire and fire system No respect for juniors Higher management doesn't care how the team leads and account managers are treating their team members Unfair and partiality always Juri and Vandana are the worst They are jealous of your progress They are not qualified for the position given to them, doesn't even knows how to speak English. Do not have an communication skills not any professionalism. They will make you start working from 8 am till 7 pm or 8 pm. Save yourself from J2W.

Do not work there, they will not give salary on time. And there recruiters are taught to lie to the candidates on c2h basis that they will be on permanent after 6 months but this do not happen. They make fool of the candidates. Do not ever work on J2w payroll Worst company, doesn't care about juniors. They will fire you if you are smart and ask questions They just want you to work and make them happy No work life balance Will ask to work on Holi and Diwali as well. Worst experience.
