...e is lot of politics and the HR does not address our issues to the management.
Management gives bonus and salary increment only to their favourite employees even if they make company's financial losses.
Department head does not have any knowledge of work and fails provide any guidance.
HR does not follow labour rules. They just follow the instructions of the management.
Employees are treated like machines. Late hours working to complete the least important tasks. Management don't understand the priority work.
