Work life balance is very poor in the company.they should thing about the work life balance especially piping team. One old employee in piping he is normally sitting upto 11 pm and force to sit new employee also. Higher management should focus on to improve work life balance.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
