I like the working culture of the company, All the senior employees are very helpful and cooperative. It's an honor to work under the Director of the organization, I like this culture and professional environment for learning and career growth.

Joomdev provides a great work life balance, I like the company culture,They provide work from home facilities which is very good, It is a great company to work with and I am sure that it will only get better in the future.

The work culture is superb here, there is no micromanagement even though we are working from home without professionalism being compromised at any level.

Dislikes

I am yet to figure out that but yes I feel , if the management can take some measures in regards to the skill enhancement of the employees that would be great.
