Its a fraud company...request not to join ....it gets work done from emplyoees but not paying salary for more than 6 months....company has not paid Pf Esic of any employee since 2018 though they are cutting it from every salary from joining, many employees has filed leagal casea in labour court against this company

This is fraud company not pating salaries of employees , PF, ESIC cutting but not paying of any employee since 2018....employee have filed leagal cases as well... during lockdown also forced us to work on every saturdays sundays also and on all holidays also not paid us internet chages , laptop rent nothing , on employees money and hard work company is working....very bad management and HR

Dont give Salary At Time, Delayed for 3-4 months,HR are not so Responsive,Manager Doesnt Give Holiday even Thought Paid leaves are pending.Chairman of the Company Doesn't Worry About his Employee, PF money is not deposited in PF account.

...xperience ever. Work with full efficiency and get not paid for several months. Salary delayed by 3 months. PF deducted from your Salary but still no contribution in our PF account for more than 18 months. Unprofessional HR department. Unhygienic work culture.

Joister infoserve company is very good and everyone person is very helpful

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Flexible timing and working shifts. Seniors are helpful for knowledge based.

Dislikes

Salary delayed by 3 months +.no commitment and responsibility from management side. Not paying fnf and pf who have left the organisation
