Management is very supportive to us. Salary is given on 1st of every month. Health insurance also provided by the company to employes. If you are a candidate who can prove your talent then you will be given good incentives and increment in the salary. You will have good support from the management and the team. Timings are flexible up to 1 hour. I like the way this company treats genuine employees. Overall good work experience for me.

Dislikes

If you are unfit for the role we get 1 month time and if no improvement we will be removed. Frequent travel to office.

...oduct training meetings. company meetings conducted at resorts in the hyderabad. Salary is credited on every month 1st date. I went to the godown also and it is very big with many different books supply.

Dislikes

We will get continues follow up from our managers and regular phone calls sometimes these are hapening in holidays also. We should travel outside the teritory also if our managers tell us.

I didn't like anything neither any human being like anything here by working as this company is is like roadside grocery store. They just live for money as the owners are uneducated they don't have any ethical standards neither mercy towards anyone or anything in this world. They just need money. Once it's done they just throw you out without second thought. In single word it's HELL

There is no upskilling nor product pitch and job security, work culture and not human friendly. They are blood suckers and just live for money and no ethics and values. Just hell to work.

Firstly the management is very supportive towards the employees of the company. Friendly work culture. Employees feedback are considered for the improvements of the products and services. My ZM is also very supportive to me. Happy to work in such a friendly work place.

Sometimes you have to work on Sundays also on the data
