1. They will start demotivating others by comapring with others. 2. Work will be assigned based on the salary given to the individual. 3. We need to struggle to take our leaves, they want to know complete reason with proof. Thats really disgusting. 4. Its not at all good company for Women. Dislikes

Sales support network is the worst business group in Jci. Poor management poor culture poor salary growth.No site opportunities for graphics people. Only 6-8% yearly hike. No surprise gifts or bonus. Huge work pressure no time for family. Managers are so unprofessional they only know about monthly target & billing. Your performance even not get noticed. Management try cheap things to recover amounts from employees. Worst company

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
