Poor salary Working hours Gap between top management & mid management which will impact your carrier goals. Mid management - promoted based on work experience thus do not manage scientifically though they decide based on what they like thus biased.

I liked the field work with US clients due to all the policies adopted by Johnson controls. Training and upskilling opportunities are great everywhere. If you have ideas, Johnson Controls will provide you a platform for sure.

Dislikes

The Managers in India need to be more empathetic. Salary and Compensation are unsustainable. Change fatigue comes evidently as the technology is being revised/changed every 6 months. You are also supposed to give your personal time for training for all these advances.

... almost zero benefits , increments to their employee. I have worked there for 2.6 years at last i have to leave the company because there was 0% increment in my salary. Also i was in graphics where there is no skill developed. Managers will make you work overtime without any pay & recognitions. They have hell lot of politics. No one cares about you.

Almost everything from managements, 0% increment in salary, No bonus, overtime work hours, No recognitions for the work done, Highly demotivating leads & Managers, Work culture is very very poor. Please think before joining this organisation.

Working culture is terrible especially if you are working in Field engineering department. 365 days working till late night culture. Even females are forced to wait. Overtime working culture will never go from this company. If this is your 1st job and you are working on graphics then your future career is lost. Cant even switch to another company.
