The only like about this company is they pay good amount of salary.

Dislikes

Bossy culture, don't ask about the employee interest and effectiveness. Forced to work in service department even after having technically strong background which would have contributed in RnD alot more.

...you're not putting enough efforts and next month will be your last chance .... And having Said that the worst part salary they will give a salary which is less than what we will get as cashback on spending credit card limit, Work life balance is pathetic you have to work for 12 hours and all they want is that u have to be present on all days in the outlet without taking any leave . Even if you take your sanctioned week off they will call you and force you to cancel the week of and leave for the counter ASAP..

Dislikes

They always tend to ignore the suggestion or feedback given by employees . Salary structure is pathetic and has no growth until the termination of the contract...Career growth is negligible as there hire the sales personnel via third party and not on company payroll..

Not much things to like about company except providing salary on time.

Dislikes

Company cuts Perks, gifts, benifits and other allowances in last 5years. Working culture is like pressure cooker while growth is at pace of tortoise.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

Projects and Stakeholders support , Variable pay more than 100%, Decent hike, Onsite opportunities.

Dislikes

No per diem for business travels, No salary when travelled in L1, Designations are irrelevant. Indian leadership is not matured enough!
