I fell amazing experience and I am greatful to be a part of this amazing company.the salary and the monthly incentive is so good for every post.the working environment is nice and employers are also friendly.i personally like this company for its products because its products are pure and clinically proved for children.

Dislikes

Working is nice but growth is slow. Here,there is no job training for the new comers,so seniors just like me guide them step by step that makes my work not good.the managers do not value of the employer's working strength so I can't give my suggestions freely to them.i have to work for 15-16 hours in a day. The primary orders more matter for managers than secondary.

I feel good working with Johnson & Johnson. The work is good but salary is just average, it becomes quite difficult to manage life with that salary at this era. The best thing I liked about is the environment,it's very healthy.

Dislikes

Only thing I dislike is the travelling allowance and daily allowance are too low. Sometimes we have invest from our pocket. Hotel allowance are way to low, considering the today's market price hotel accomodation prices are very high. Most of the time we have to pay from our pocket.

It's a company which has complete different vibe from other company. Good working environment and superiors who work along side with us. This company can improve your personal skills and character development is good.

Dislikes

...lance. Difficult to get personal time while working. No permanent working hours. And because salary is according to performance,If you aren't hardworking and determined it will be difficult for you to get a good salary.

The culture set by Johnson and Johnson in US is completely different from which is being followed in India. In India you are just made to follow the same for namesake, for everything else, you need to have a godfather to promote you, save you and safeguard you. The company policies are simply superb, you need to be fortunate enough to get into this company but the management in India is totally biased to those who treat them as godfather. if you speak or write the truth, either you are being thrown out of the company or you are being made a scapegoat in that issue.

...HO - mumbai - you are secured, if not only god can provide you that security. # Salary and other compensation are best in the industry but there is discrimination across the division on the same. # Politics - you can chose some best of the politicians from the HO.. # Whichever policies JnJ global initiated is truly the best in the industry, no one can even think of that. you get the encouragement to give your 100% for the company. but the way management & HR ,in India are going to treat you is something different. Talent goes for a haywire if you need to get promoted or switch on to some other division, your first criteria is supposed to have a godfather or godmother in HO.
