No work like balance at all in J&J consumer health division in India as it expects the employees to work for minimum 15-16 hours a day including weekends. Five days working, Credo values for the employees and other employee friendly initiatives exist only on paper and nothing is implemented on the ground where they prove to be a perfect BANIYA company. Thanks to India Leadership Team for such a disastrous work culture. On the other hand, J&J consumer health in USA and other countries does not have such intimidating and disastrous work culture.

For me it's good company because some other companies taking for MSR as a experience but I'm a fresher so I'm happy to being here and I completed here 2 years

HR management team doesn't address our issues Salary is decent but career growth is slow

...d alot of discrimination is between permanent employee and contractor employees. Contractor employee is treated like a dirt with no respect and no salary. All the perks are given only to permanent employees. Please do not enter RMC department of this company the top level people train other permanent PPL in how they should talk to a contract employee and how they should treat them.

The company is very dynamic and open for challenging statuesque. It always strives to give high-quality products to its customers. I acknowledge proudly for working in the 'Best Place to Work' award winning company for many years, that it respects all individuals be it internal or external with respect and dignity. Company is very open for discussion and suggestions from the employees and gives award for the same. I appreciate its excellent work culture and caring the employees in their needs. It gives career growth opportunities and gives hand holding help till the employee is confidently takes up the position. Periodic training to the employees keep them updated in the skills & Technics and also encourages external training also. I also like the employee re-hire policy of the company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. High expectation leeds to high work pressure leading to work for more hours or work from home to keep the space. It might affect work life balance some times which one should face when situation demands. Most of the time it happens on-job training to the freshers since there are no formal induction training etc. this leeds to dependency on Managers and superiors.

Likes

Johnson & Johnson is one of the best organization from top 10 MNC. Work environment is good. seniors are very supportive, excellent place to learn innovative program, new technologies, robust quality system.

Dislikes

For freshers organization do not hire on pay role of Johnson and Johnson.
