...d alot of discrimination is between permanent employee and contractor employees. Contractor employee is treated like a dirt with no respect and no salary. All the perks are given only to permanent employees. Please do not enter RMC department of this company the top level people train other permanent PPL in how they should talk to a contract employee and how they should treat them.

The company atmosphere is very friendly since there is no any fitness with work and timing as well along with their is very cool I love the fact that I am the employee of jnj I got many of mid year increment on my best performance along with 6 awards in 8 years experience in jnj

Their is only one thing which they not give on roll position those who are joins on second part pay roll

It's a company which has complete different vibe from other company. Good working environment and superiors who work along side with us. This company can improve your personal skills and character development is good.

...lance. Difficult to get personal time while working. No permanent working hours. And because salary is according to performance,If you aren't hardworking and determined it will be difficult for you to get a good salary.
