Office politics, Integrity issues across all levels, bluntly saying that company is full of theive employees. everyone saving his job blaiming someone else, long working hours even in sunday and holidays. Poor and cheap mindset quality systems team.

Worst Company culture when it comes to 'Quality and Compliance'. The senior management including people at Sr. Director level are involved in financial and compliance issues, kick backs, bribery, integrity violation etc. People who work for such so called 'Leaders' are protected even when there are enough evidences against them for integrity violations, compliance violations, bribery and kick backs. Whistle blowers are being reprimanded for exposing the corrupts people and HR is supporting unethical managers.

It's a company which has complete different vibe from other company. Good working environment and superiors who work along side with us. This company can improve your personal skills and character development is good.

...lance. Difficult to get personal time while working. No permanent working hours. And because salary is according to performance,If you aren't hardworking and determined it will be difficult for you to get a good salary.
