...put bed review against them like this is a scam company, management is poor etc. that Big fault i made is i absconded after taking the salary. And i came back to Indai jobless. and i joined in one local construction company in my native with less salary than JSYS. i know that i cannot join JSYS again. The management is very strict regarding the quality. If that is not maintained they will take appropriate action. That is natural. Now only i understood this. because of that only i decided to edit my review from bad to good.

I learned a lot of things from there. Even for one day I did not sit simply. Always busy with projects. They have handful of clients and projects in Middle East, Canada, US and Australia. No QS institutes will teach the concepts that we learn from JSYS. Minimum 10 project (big or small) per month will be there. No institutes can provide this much vast learning. Work culture is amazing. Those who are willing to hard work can learn good knowledge. This is not a place for lazy, arrogant and egoistic people.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
