There is full protocol being followed as prescribed by the Govt for the present COVID 19 times. There is good understanding between the management and the work force. There is a lot to learn and build our career staying in this company for 3 to 5 years.

Sometimes there is adamant thought process on the side of particular workers who wants to sway all work force to build pressure on the management at the cost of work output. This causes unnecesary loss to the workers and the company.
