Compensation is good. Market based management makes its business sustainable. Being privately held and part of Koch Industries, They have great vision to adjust themselves to market requirements and invest heavily on creating destructive technologies.

Dislikes

Everything and anything you do becomes your responsibility, irrespective of your current position or role. More sales oriented than developing long term customer relationships. Relies heavily on the legacy and too much of bureaucracy.

I plan for my own job. There is no limit for learning if someone is interested to learn, but individual has to learn on his own!!

Dislikes

Too many divisions within the organisation, creates confusion for starters!! Knowledge transfer is limited due to IP issues!!
