Politics , heavy politics, some employees make syndicate and acting in group against new employees. No appreciation to good employees instead they are giving problems to good ones and making to move out of the company

Job security is good again work culture is not bad company policies poor because phone is not allowed but all executive are allowed reason phone rediaton problem executive phones not react rediaton so

Higher level Management like Joint Managing Directors and Chairman are too good.

It is not an MNC so u will not find that like corporate and the company owns very good brands in the Market, there is a huge gap of communication between the HR team and employees and most of the employees got cheated during salary negotiations which is the worst part in HR team basically the Management is horrible and I found few Managers having a very bad attitude towards their fellow employees they dont respect the employees ideas. Overall its Horrible Experience.

The company is at developmental conditions Product of company like pjsm is having abroad market and quality is also good.But the employee growth curve is very poor .

I have 1.2 yearvexperience in John distillery .The company have latest Technology in liquor (single malt). The growth curve is very average.
