Good work environment. This organization first priority is safety. they give good experience and build good skils and knowledge. Supervisor and manager are humble and motivate us at the starting of our job. they discuss daily target and plan for the Target. Good experience in this company

Salary is low as compare to our working. Cafatria Food is not good.

I am working in John deere com.and my role is technical trainee on production line of tractor engine. Two years of job security and teammates works are supportive.

Company employees are so helpful. In company i get knowledge about tractor transmission components which improve my skills. And after two company give us experience letter which helpful to us.

Dislikes

...hances of promotion to Assistant technician as a permanent employee is very low. In technical trainee salary is not enough for work . Break time is also very less. Paid holiday are also very short like in 1 year only 12 paid holiday is there.

I like the job but there is no interment in salary and there is no facilities like room is not provide and the place of company is long distance from the station like 45 from Pune station and the company not provide and bus system for new student who arive from another state and the transportation is very poor and arround the company area there is enough buses don't arive there if go with auto and another transport process the charged high amount for the transportation and there no response from higher department

Good work environment and culture. Supportive management transparent. Company policies are good, they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
