Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is bond of only 2 years.there is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues

I like the job but there is no interment in salary and there is no facilities like room is not provide and the place of company is long distance from the station like 45 from Pune station and the company not provide and bus system for new student who arive from another state and the transportation is very poor and arround the company area there is enough buses don't arive there if go with auto and another transport process the charged high amount for the transportation and there no response from higher department
