If you join cnc operator till u retired only operating machines. Salary less and less increment. Partially, some workers like rude. If an operator absent you handle another machine if needed.They are giving training also.

The culture is toxic. Some new HR executives have joined and made the environment very toxic. There is no rational behind promotion.. No job security, even Managers are fired on the spot. Please don't join this company.

Culture was good before 2022 good work life balance retention and recruitment of people work load was balance with each department.

I worked in erection & commissioning department, leave & travel policies are not much favourable to E& C people staying at sites
