very wrost culture, no body satisfying by management, no job security, salary never credited on time and also hold salary if employees take leave, importantly management is very wrost., specially Surendra Jodhani & Mohit Jodhani.

there are nothing positive in this organisation,all management are very worst, specially company MD Mr Surendra Jodhani & his Son Mohit Jodhani.

Jodhani Papers Pvt Ltd.. Not gives you offer letter, no salary on time after 2-3months of work delay., no job security, Loss of pay if you take leave, extra times to do work, 6 days working, no Sunday, working on holiday or lockdown. Please dont join this company if you are fresher also because you will not get offer, experience, salary slip, so you cant show your experience anywhere total waste of time and energy... but they will make profit from you. Better never thought to join such company govt should take strict action like these company .

I really liked the instrument system and the behavior of the engineer

The behavior of the workers in the company is not good and there is a lot of problem with the local people and here they give very less salary, whether they have experience or not, they will give less salary.

Directors are very good management MD CMD all are good Only process people HOD are not capable to run the machine they always dependants on Engineering people even operational problems

Process HODs are not capable to run this high speed machines they enjoying seat but not not work
