Franchisee driven, low package, No PF, brand incentive very low, Top guys cutting brand incentives making it conditional with slabs, too much sales pressure from brand, expecting great knowledge from the sales staffs who are mostly HS passed or dropouts, low salary for sales staff, brand wants staff to be like MBA professionals in that package. Extended shift timings.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

When I was fresher it's good for me.new job new place and new experience. That's nothing special. Products are also good.

It's not a direct company payroll. It's only franchise. And pay scale is too much poor. There is no on-job traning for fresher.

...experience,company is ethics is very good company policies is good overall good. Example ontime salary and yearly bonous , employes entertainment sports, women's day, dasara events and more entertainment. Importent employees safety.

THEY NOT GIVING SINGLE RUPEE TO DSO IN SALARY AND ALSO THE COMPANY TAKE TOO MUCH TIME TO GIVING INCENTIVE TO DSO IN THIS MATTER I AM NOT SATISFIED. AND THIS COMPANY SHOULD HAVE TO GIVE SALARY OF 8000 MINIMUM TO DSO.
