...nagment is transparent. There is a huge cafeteia and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus avery year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

I like some of jockey Articles and I'm so happy I have worked for jockey not with jockey because where I worked this is a frenchise store.

Dislikes

I'm happy I have worked for jockey I wish I could work with jockey because where I worked it was frenchise store who are going wrong, they keeps duplicate products at his own warehouse, gets local fabric articles made and gets Jockey printed in them and sends them to customers at a discount

Team work ,care for each other and high quality leadership team and extremely talented and experienced senior management team who makes us to work very independently and guide us wherever needed

I don’t really have anything to dislike .of course if I get next chance surely I will join back jockey only

Jockey is maintaining compliance legal wise people are friendly enjoying. Working friendly. Can get good experience in this organisation. Some superior required patience to controling talk.

Superiors needs to be controlled talking power. How to behave the people. How to do balance. Few times very very nice
