Hybrid mode of working is the only pro here.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is not at all there. If by luck you are allocated in product team then its fine, otherwise its 12 hrs a day job (including weekends). Moreover the company has released internal frameworks, so there won't be much to learn in aspect of personal growth.

Nothing at all. Pathetic and cast biased culture..People do not want to take any responsibilities and just push blames on others. Management does not allow any feedback/ suggestions. Full of toxic seniority culture….most of the people working here have worked here for more than 5 years (Retirement life) There are no rules/ company policy applicable to the senior people (Can take as many leaves without applying for it) Promotions/ appraisals are based on which region you belong to (people from north/east/west rarely get any promotions) and how closely you are related to some senior person.

HR here does not know how to communicate or conducted professional talks. You will be very evidently called out for being a North Indian openly in the office (Work place harassment based on cast)

Toxic culture where people are biased based on language . If you are a telegu speaking person it’s the best place to work and if not then it’s the hell place to work

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
