Now See the Real picture 1. HR will tell you that salary will be credit by 15 of next Month But it will get credited by 20 or may be 21 2. They will not provide you system you have to bring your own 3. For sales calling you have to bring your own sim which should be register by your name 4. They will arrange party’s for you on occasion but you have to being tea or coffee by your own 5. HR is enjoying full day ( HR department is a very Good comfort zone ) 6. They will write like anything based on their assumption No proper documentation Internal communication GAP

Firstly, which organisation fires the employee within a month? This is the first organisation I'm seeing where this kind of behaviour happens. Secondly, without any prior warnings how can you terminate. Even though you're terminating, you should give fnf on time. This is not professional at all. They should know how big organisations works. Disgusting approach. They shifted me from b2b to b2c with 18 days. No learnings at all Just the time waste.
