Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Nothing. The company is totally fraudulent. They gave me excuses when I asked for my monthly salary and blamed me for not completing the OJT and my targets etc.

Asked us to make sales in a week to get permanent roll by offering high position and salary, after that no contact, it is there way of fooling people, this company does not exist on this location, bunch of scammer are operating this company.

In working from past 4 months Here as sales employee,I do have targets but management is very supportive coming to guiding and all I have sold subscription plan in my ojt period I was bit nervous as it's remote job But coustomer is very happy that he got services after booking appointments
