Environment is not so comfortable they even don't take care about employee health and all because sometimes they were force employees to come on sunday also that's not fare in any firm as well as behaviour of owner with employees is also poor employees must be respected in any firm you can't treat them as they are your servants give respect then you will be able to take respect otherwise whatever you will achieve worth nothing is you are not good in character!! after all i am to dedicated to them i've shared to much idea with them and they had implemented also presently they are earning from my idea but they don't even give single penny to me they had promise to give some percentage of amount from earning but they are fake just use people skills and ideas then throw them as soon as possible in fact they were give me experience certificate which declares i am not good in my work beacuse i was deny to sign more 2 year bond to work there, i can't imagine how selfish they are!!
