... included in your CTC. Salary hike happens once in two years, which is max 10%. Variable Pay- please don't even thing of it. I worked there for 1 year 9 months but did not get a single coin of my variable pay. Behavior- first three months, you will be a hero, after that, you will know that you are just a worker. HR will respond to you when they really want to talk to you. If you want, then forget it. Full and final settlement- they do this after 90 days. I never had such bad company in my career.

...re here is good, if you are a fresher good for exposure. This is a right place . In covid -19 the company is providing WFH and also the salaries are always paid on time.
