Middle management not strong in implementing board/top-management's ideas/visions. Team members arbitrarily getting pulled into other projects based on some honcho's whims & fancies. Project Management policies/structure under build-up, yet a long way to go. Target business areas only MEA

... included in your CTC. Salary hike happens once in two years, which is max 10%. Variable Pay- please don't even thing of it. I worked there for 1 year 9 months but did not get a single coin of my variable pay. Behavior- first three months, you will be a hero, after that, you will know that you are just a worker. HR will respond to you when they really want to talk to you. If you want, then forget it. Full and final settlement- they do this after 90 days. I never had such bad company in my career.
