It is Lebanese management company, they are just for name sake company in actual they are operating like family business. no procedures, no SOPs and no protocols, even if you try to make some procedure then everyone will be behind you. in shorts as per my and all others analysis that JMG is one man show company. other then Lebanese have no carrier growth or job satisfactions. any single job if you want to do as per plan, you cant complete due to lack of progressive approach or support from management, too much destructive bureaucracy and destructive politics. manpower turn over is very very high and management don't care about it.

Dislikes

Management has destructive and self center approach instead of constructive and team approach.
