While the environment is generally positive, there are occasional instances where certain individuals leverage situations to their advantage, often favouring there own team members. this can sometimes leads to others being sidelined. with decisions being justified through politically correct reasons.

People around are not that friendly after a few days specially the people's team. No work-life balance at all. They favour a lot to the regional people. The over all culture is suffocating. And God forbid if you want to exit quick they will treat you like a stranger suddenly as I saw this with few employees recently. No professionalism at all

The ways of working are different from those of other companies. Everyone is treated equally, and given opportunities to grow their careers. The people are more supportive and caring with no issues regarding work-life balance
