There is nothing to like about this firm apart from the freshers who came with the reference of the partners or their relatives who gets special privilege above the senior employees working their off for years. I would personally not recommend any professionals to work in this organisation. The quote in Hindi- "Naam bade or darshan chote" truly describe the organisation.

Dislikes

No fixed time for credit of salary. Poor Managerial Decision making towards employees. Poor attitude of the owners towards business growth. Owners and Management is living in their old time reputation when they were used to be market leaders. No Increment in last 4 years, so present employees can't switch jobs easily. Owners are partial towards some important employees. Caste biased office environment. Monday offs cut the employees working from their families and society. HOD are also biased towards assigning roles towards their team members.

no job security. the job role is too different than its given in Linked In or in theory website. The job role is just of a tourist guide . They are taking people for the role of Merchandiser, but no such role exists in theory company. Its not a buying house, its a Gaddi, they take commission from local shops and helps them to get their products thats it.
