Likes

Work life balance sucks..you have to work 7 days a week even on national holidays. Company policies bends according to there needs. Job is secured if company is earning profits And if you know company politics.

Decent compensation wrt to competitor, work life balance is tough, especially for aftermarket team. Growth rate is not as per your expectation for existing employees wrt coming from out of family/ organization.

Dislikes

Spoil our personal family life. working hours very bad. Monday-Friday 9am to 9Pm, Saturday 9AM to 1 AM, Month ends - 9 AM to 7 AM (next day). when heads satisfy their sales targets after that they confirm office closing time.
