Yes, I'll mention it as a pro because you'll be constantly given a push to reach your target which we all need to achieve it, don't ya think? 7) Recognition 8) Growth opportunities 9) Inventory management and Logistics.

Here are some Cons: 1) Company will change their policy overnight if they sense a sales loss ahead. 2) Exposure support given to the dealers has both pros and cons. Usually the company will restrict as much as possible or will be very strict in offering exposure to the dealers during first weeks of a month but when the month end is nearby, no one bats an eye. 3) Only few major players are present in India's Tyre industry and whenever they increase price, it will either be once in a quarter, halfyearly or yearly but JK increases thrice a month. 4) Politics, Politics & Politics 5) Poor work life balance. JK is your best bet to be if you've decided to stay bachelor your whole life. 6) Often goes the quote around the office, "Just drop the paper if you can't get your job done" 7) No recreational activity.

Work culture is extremely good and we can implement our thoughts on work process with proper way. We have experienced bosses and good supportive team leaders. Who ever start their career as first company surely they will get good knowledge.

Job security is very poor, During corono time, The Managing Director simply informed 24 management staffs/ plant (Age- 28 to 45, and all are having small kids) must be resign their job without aany notice, at that time Chennai plant HR Rajendren told, after corono they will take you back to job again, so all staffs are staffs are resigned their job desently, but he didn't take back again, he simply tried to give the jobs for fresh people due to low salary, i am still waiting, i called CTP Quality Assurance manager Mr. Purushotuman but he is not take response.

They response and mostly promotion given to Kerala staffs every 2years one time, and also 12% to 20% salary increament every years for Kerala staffs and his own department recommunent staffs only

This is not a company but I feel it's like my home here I had job responsibilities and have relationship with both management and with my colleagues and here is no compromise on work progress .And we are working together for company growth with respect to customer requirements and their satisfaction .
