I liked tof work in Gram Vikas as a National level Non Government Organisation having my professional qualification in Social Science i.e Master degree in SOCIOLOGY and MBA (HRM & MKT). Gram Vikas as an implementing non profit Organisation is working on holistic/Rural Development Program in india through getting fund/grants from donor's, industry and state government. My job assignment is for Project Coordinating/Team Leading with having 23 teamates for planning, implementing, monotoring of OTELP (Odisha Tribal Empowerment & Livelihoods Program) project in Gajapati district funded by state government. Job insecurity in Gram Vikas due to depends upon getting funds from donor's, industry, Bank or govt. Working environment is suitable for rural development program.

Dislikes

I dislike to work under Gram Vikas due to no job security. My salary package is 3 lakhs per annum which is insufficient for family management. Not getting scope for innovation, career growth, no proper staff appraisal with partiality in Gram Vikas.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

JK trust is based on Govt. Project in all over India for 5 year or 7 year project after that employees has to go with trust different place where it got the project.
