Its like underworld. Entry is easy but getting out is difficult. Either you will be terminated or you will be forced to stay by complicating the resignation acceptance and relieving process.

There's a lot of ownership and since it's a University, a lot of working opportunities.

Dislikes

There's no culture and hardworking people are dumped with more and more work. People who don't work aren't held accountable.

It is one of the best organisations, where I have worked. Their approach was very professional and supportive during COVID-19 lockdown.

Nothing. It is one of the best corporate for working professionals.

There was nothing which can attract a person to work with the university for longer period. There was No HR policy which shows your direction as an employee and the objective of the university was not clear.

Dislikes

No proper HR policy. Reputed name of JK but from inside its looks like Laala Shop. No proper work culture. No direction and guidance by the top management.

Likes

JKLU is open to incorporate latest trends in curriculum as and when required. Dedicatedly focus on academic rich environment. Meaningful International collaboration. Academia-Industry synergy is prime concern.

Dislikes

As such nothing. All nuances of academic environment are like-able.
