In the situation of covid 19 company didn't cut the salary of their employees even JK Agri genetics give advance salary in that wrost condition when other companies were in silent mode.

We have done approximately 1.5 years in JK AGRI management but didn't growth our package at once there is lot of gap between communicate at the time of joining and after. I think company should change their travel policy which very worst DA is only Rs. 125 for TM which is very low employee can't eat at any well hotel which affects on work style.

Old management. Timely salary & expenses.

Dislikes

No value for employees & his hard work. Higher authorities left company frequently. Product quality issue. No proper MIS. Improper & delayed communication. Anytime they can ask you to resign for no any proper reason. Company is going through lot of experiments.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
