aactually there is nothing to like. the entire management (managed by one family) have no respect for any of the staff and often yell on the floor like mad people. They want you to work for them 24*7, with no benefits

everything about the company is bad. salary has no time for disbursal. no increment policy no growth no value for your talent or experience

Company not give any salary or allowence of all JITM trainer. I start my job since january, and company not give my January salary till now. Overall company experience is very bad.

This company was not a well organized company. There is no proper channel. Supposed if an employee want salary slip it takes more than one month and HR are not doing well in there job responsibility. There is no proper training of all the staffs. There is no actual pay-out date. Salary was not given on time. Sometimes previous month salary was given after 20 days of current month. If we want help from HR they didn't pickup our call for several times. They change their number frequently. And many more

There is no career growth and no job security in JITM skills as they can terminate you without giving any particular reason. They(even director of the company) don't give any respect to their faculties. Such a fraud company I have ever worked with terrible experience.

Fraud company with no job security. Even they didn't give the actual salary(which is decided by govt for skill trainers) to the trainers.
