The Work Culture is somewhat okayish. There are various types of people working in a company. All you have to do is maintain the same attitude and go along with the flow. But yes, it's easy to maintain cordial relationship here.

Dislikes

The entire management needs to grow and be responsible. Good Salary, compensation and other benefits should be provided to the employees for their hard work and investment. Office pool cars should be introduced.

Dislikes

Poor student care, Sub standard study and assessment procedure. No care about placement of students. Students are promised lot of things in the beginning but promises are not kept. They bother about money only.

As a guest faculty, I think its overall ok.

Dislikes

They paid only 150 rs for practical class. In everywhere its amount double but i dont understand why less here,is practical not important as theroy?? I dont know...
