They cuts your field expenses and HR don't have any idea about that. Job security is a big concern. Company will ask you to drop your paper any time. Reliance other companies are might be good but Jio Mart B2B's experience was pathetic. Few seniors who lived in Kolkata and have no idea about North East market unnecessary pressurized you to sell anything.

(Inshort joining Reliance means putting your career on risk) So, Requesting other employees please do consider all these points before joining Reliance. - High pressure from Top to Bottom management - Unrealistic targets - No appropriate training in terms of the actual practical work we would be doing. The company has a good L&D department with it's online e-learning course but all in vain if we don't get manager's support. - The management doesn't really know the right direction of process to reach our company's vision . A lot of trail and error goes on. -Work during weekends and long working weekdays. - Late night meetings (Sometimes till 2-3 am) specially during festive season without any comp-off or overtime pay was a shock to me. - The company one day decided that they need to centralise all the employees to Hyderabad and we were left in a situation to either move to Hyderabad or start looking for another company
