There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but there is a bind of 2 year before which you can not resign.

Honestly....only Health Insurance Service (in this also employee do pay the healthy annual premium)

...ork life balance is zero Fake commitments from management Job security is zero Salary satisfaction is zero Career growth is nothing Once you joined Reliance & then outside no other company will entertain you for same profile. (Inshort joining Reliance means putting your career on risk) So, Requesting other employees please do consider all these points before joining Reliance. Same feedback also you will get from other employees of Reliance.
