Everything was so good in Jio. Its was my first job, i learned so many things over there from my seniors and my colleagues. It really helps to improve my conversation skills my patient level and time management skills Conversation is because i needed to intract with so many costumers daily due to jio i know to how convience them how to handle them and help them properly as per my position of advisor. Patient because there are so many costumers are angry, irritated and helpless sometimes and if i handl over the 100 costumers daily this really helps me to improve my patient level. Time management is because there was a split shift sometimes, i can give you an example of this Sometimes my shift ends on 2am and my 2nd day in the morning my shift starts at 7am So now i can handle these type of work situations also.

Dislikes

I mainly disappointed beacuse of salary and career growth for me It was my first job as in any company So i expected so many things because Jio is reputated company...

Likes

I don’t feel Jio is very good form for the newcomer or the experienced person very less salary I know security like they will take up 45 to 60 days to full and final after the resignation still sometimes I’ll win or not does not come to you so yeah I don’t feel it’s good form

Dislikes

I had work for 6 month 6 to3 shift but morning meeting after shift group meeting and all and meeting goes for 3 3 hours so you will not getting time for you family even what kind of work home they are providing

Likes

Nothing to like about Jio. Being the biggest telecom operator in India.. The work culture, timings, bosses are the worst. Pressure is extreme.. An employee has to work 12 hrs + everyday. Several VCs and meetings are aligned throughout the day. Mental and physical health will be both at stake.

Dislikes

...will force you, threaten you to resign.. Or they will make you black listed. 5.Salary comes in time.... But other than that there is mere conveyance . And always be alert what package they are giving because in hand salary differs.

The opportunities that were provided were good. But there's no backing up for those opportunities by the managers.

Dislikes

The salary discrepancy is very high. Even the juniors from your same university with same experience might get paid more even though you have more experience. There's not much credibility for your work as well.

Jio provides you with decent work life balance with enough time to pursue your interests & is good enough with job stability as well.

Dislikes

...jectory planning whatsoever, promotions are just random & hardly prevelant even. The compensation too is quite low as per market standards & that's a bummer for a company of this size.
