On Time Salary and sometimes few days before each month... :) Complete WLB 5 Day Week, no one will ever call / message you on weekends unless its super urgent.. Depends on the team you are working with If you are lucky you get a lot of chance to learn new technologies Job security is there Work culture is average although Jio is working hard to improve it

Work culture - Bosses think they own you because they are giving you salary Stay late just to show off is a big issue

a lot of deductions from salary. for a ctc of 3.5lacks, in hand is 21k. also, have to stick to a team for 3 yrs minimum. shift happens on mood of manager. weekends are off. but ask you to work with no compensation.

Their are many dislike hear 1) rating and variable pay gives very late 2) no sick leave 3) no extra money given for shift person etc

No hikes PLI disbursed after 1.5 years No team parties/get togethers No employee encouragement initiatives like employee of the year etc. They just want you to work tirelessly No proper management.. They want to call u to office without giving a desk.
