...ly. No friends, just complete the company's targets and remain engaged 24 hours. Use salary to meet goals. Or bring money from home and spend it. If the target is not achieved then buy it yourself. By working 18-20 hours. Do activities from 5 am to 11 pm. appraisal time zero salary increase. Senior says what you did. Will not get more than 5% increment.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The opportunities that were provided were good. But there's no backing up for those opportunities by the managers.

The salary discrepancy is very high. Even the juniors from your same university with same experience might get paid more even though you have more experience. There's not much credibility for your work as well.
