Currently working for Reliance JIO with 10LPA include variable pay in the Telecom domain having 6 years of experience. I have no experience in coding and cloud domains except some theoretical knowledge. I feel stuck here cause of almost 0 career growth in telecom. Dislikes

...ut after joining we have to work 12 to 14hr. No time for family & personal life. Unnecessary salary deductions are very high eg, if u have 7LPA then you will get take home around 47k only. Company culture also very terrible & mass, can't expect the respect from supervisors. If your superiors wants you to fire, u will be out of the system, no job security.

No hikes even after promotions. No proper work culture. Daily work will be different. No designated work, every thing has to be done. Even managers has to go out stand on road & sell. All manipulated sales & figures. Not at all employee friendly company. Once you enter, you cannot go out.
